Remained in Zero's deception mode for ten seconds straight
Deception mode is the class action skill for Zer0, the Assassin class, that is unlocked at level 5. When activated it creates a holographic image of Zer0 and turns Zer0 himself invisible. It lasts 5 seconds by default, but can be extended using the skill "Many Must Fall" in the Bloodshed skill tree—which increases the duration of Deception by 2 seconds per enemy killed, requiring you to kill five enemies within two seconds of one another. However, to get the skill you must first hit level 31.
You do not need to play the game up to level 31 using only skills in the Bloodshed tree, due to the ability to respec at any time by using a Quick-Change station. One is located just outside of the Fast Travel station at Sanctuary.
Once you have respecced and have the "Many Must Fall" skill, fast travel to Southpaw Steam and Power, or walk there from Three Horn's Valley if you have not discovered it yet. This is an excellent place to unlock the trophy because the enemies are very low level, aggressive, and spawn in a large pack very close to the entrance.
Simply walk in to the middle of the first group of enemies and let them group up on you. **Be sure to NOT have a shield on that does damage to attackers, otherwise you risk killing them before you can activate the skill**. When they are all close by activate Deception mode with
and melee them as fast as possible with
. Sprint to each one if necessary and don't stop until they are all dead.
Shortly after Deception mode ends the trophy will unlock.

Allowed a Goliath to level up four times before killing him
Throughout Pandora you will come across several enemies named Goliath. They are hulking Bandits that wear a flaming skull helmet at low levels and various metal ones at higher levels. When you shoot them in the head their helmet/head comes off and they become a "Raging Goliath".
When they are raging they attack any creature that is near them—be it friend or foe. When the Goliath kills a target it gains experience and eventually levels up. When it levels it becomes stronger, gains a level, and a new name. The name/level increase goes as follows:
- 1 Level - Badass Goliath
- 2 Levels - Super Badass Goliath
- 3 Levels - Ultimate Badass Goliath
- 4 Levels - Fatal GOD-liath
Once you see he has leveled up four times, or has the Fatal GOD-liath name, you can kill him to unlock the trophy.
The video below shows the first location in the game that you can encounter a Goliath, which is in the Frostburn Canyon. It a level 10+ area so it is best to wait until at least then to attempt this. Ideally you should follow a similar path as shown in the video, in order to avoid getting the Goliath killed before he finishes leveling. You can assist him in leveling by weakening the monsters he is fighting, but he must get the killing blow in order to gain the experience.
Please watch the video to see the exact location and method used to unlock the trophy:

Got an item from Michael Mamaril
Once you enter the Sanctuary you will be able to seek out a character named Michael Mamaril. When you speak with him he will greet you and generously offer you a free item. Take it from his hand and the trophy will unlock. He can appear during the day or night and has ten possible spawn locations.
There are times that Michael will go on a hiatus and stop appearing. The first time this occurs after you complete the mission "Sky's The Limit". From there on out he will only be able to spawn in a few locations instead of the original ten. The mission is half way through the game so you have plenty of time to get it done before then. After you beat the game he will return to his regular cycle.
Please see the video below for all ten locations:

Killed a Constructor without it ever building another bot
When you engage a Constructor it will attack you with various weaponry, then after a short while build a Hyperion robot after a short while, and commence attacking you again. If you do not manage to kill it fast enough it will build yet another robot and will continue this cycle until it is killed. In order to unlock the trophy you must kill it before it can build a second a single robot.
The first chance you have to kill a Constructor is on the sixth story mission called "A Damn Fine Rescue". The easiest to get to Constructor in the game is located in the Living Legend Plaza, in Opportunity (refer to the Urban Explorer trophy for the exact location). It appears after clearing out the Engineers and Loaders. However, there are a number of other places that they can be found throughout the game (in the order they first appear):
- The Highlands - Hyperion Overbridge: Accquisition Center
- Bloodshot Ramparts
- Opportunity
- Thousand Cuts - Hyperion Expansion
- Arid Nexus Badlands - Hyperion Info Station
- Ore Chasm - Rounds 3/4/5.
- Hero's Pass
Please watch the video below to see the location of the lowest level Constructor that is easily accessible:

I can't even capture it on my camera
To unlock this trophy you must go to The highlands - Hyperion Bridge fast travel point, then make your way to the Aggregate Accquisitions location to the North East. If you look on your map it is just above the Catch-a-Ride station and the Highlands - Outwash exit.
The entrance is blockaded so you can't drive in with a vehicle. There are two turrets and two flying surveyors guarding it. Simply kill your way through the area, following the path shown in the video. Once you reach the top and the area is clear, drop down from the ledge onto the small abandoned tent. Once you do either Claptrap or Jack will start talking and you can see a double rainbow appear off into the distance.
Look at the rainbow and wait for the trophy to unlock.
Please see the video below to see the exact location of the tent:

Killed a flying enemy with a thrown Tediore weapon
Tediore weapons are a brand of weapons that you can find throughout Pandora. However, unlike other brands such as DAHL, Jakobs, Maliwan, and so on that use ammunition clips when reloading, Tediore weapons are discarded and explode when reloaded. The explosion does damage in a small blast radius, similar to a grenade. Furthermore, the more rounds that are left in the gun when it is reloaded, the more damage the explosion will do.
The first chance you have to unlock this trophy is in the Southern Shelf, just west of where you first meet Sir Hammerlock for the first time. Out in the middle of an open ice area are a few Rakks—large flying bat-like creatures—that you can easily get the trophy on.
Simply walk into a group of the Rakk with your Tediore weapon equipped and fire off one shot into the sky. When the Rakk lets out a screech it will begin to dive directly down at you. When it is very near, almost within melee range, aim at it and press
to reload your weapon. This will cause you to throw your weapon at it as though you were tossing a grenade.
Side note: If you kill a flying enemy during a Phaselock it will not count towards the trophy. (Credit to Dark_Phantom_89 for discovering this)
Please see the video below for how and where to unlock this trophy:

Give Claptrap a high five
Once you reach the Sanctuary you will be given a mission called "Plan B". Complete it then head to the North West corner of the map to find Claptrap. Speak with him and accept the "Claptrap's Secret Stash" mission.
Turn in the mission to claptrap then wait for the
button to appear when you have your crosshairs on him, with the words "Gimme Five!" next to it. Press the button then walk up very close and melee (
) the hand he raises. When done correctly Claptrap will say "That's what I'm talking about!" and do a little dance. The trophy will unlock shortly thereafter.
If you happen to already be beyond this mission and didn't do the high five, you can initiate the high five again as many times as you wish after you complete the final mission of the game. You can also do it when you are about to turn in the Wildlife Preserve mission.
